The Gig side of Paignton Rowing Club was formed in 2007.  We are based on the harbourside in Paignton and have our very own clubhouse, including a bar, which is the hub of the club.  

We currently have 2 racing gigs and a plastic training gig. Our racing gigs are Top Catch and Storm and the training boat is Evans Above. Our newest boat to arrive is our first FISA boat called Wave Dancer.

Crews from Paignton regularly compete in regatta's around the south-west coast, and for the last 4 years, have competed in the Cornish Pilot Gig World Championships in the Isles of Scilly.

 The club welcomes both social and competitive rowers.
